Terms of Service

Agentgates sells services to software: a phone number, an email inbox, a confidential virtual machine, and model inference. Purchases settle in USDC over the x402 protocol. There is no subscription you have to cancel; a lease runs for the term you paid for and stops.

A wallet address is the account. Whoever controls the wallet controls the services it bought, and payment ties every purchase to an identifiable payer on a public chain. You are responsible for what your agents do with what you buy, including anything an agent does automatically.

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement. You may not use the service where the law forbids it, and you may not buy on behalf of anyone on a sanctions list. Both ends of every payment are screened.

A number bought here may only contact people who have given you permission to contact them. This is the rule the rest of this section enforces.

Specifically, you agree that for every call or text you send:

• The recipient gave you consent to be contacted, and you can show when and how they gave it.
• You honor an opt-out immediately. A recipient who replies STOP, or says stop calling, is removed and not contacted again.
• You do not send marketing, bulk messages, or automated calls to people who did not ask for them.
• You identify who is calling or writing. A recipient must be able to tell who reached them and why.
• You do not send anything unlawful, deceptive, or designed to defraud, including messages impersonating another person or company.

The same rules apply to email sent from an Agentgates inbox. Inboxes are for transactional mail: verification codes, service notifications, and replies in conversations the recipient started. Marketing and bulk mail are not permitted.

These are not aspirations. The platform enforces them automatically:

• An address that hard-bounces or reports a message as spam is added to a permanent block list, and no account can send to it again.
• Spam complaints traced to an account pause that account's outbound sending. Receiving keeps working, and a person reviews before it is lifted.
• Every account has a hard daily send ceiling, checked before a message reaches the carrier.
• Sending abusive traffic ends the account. Money for an unused lease term is refunded; money already spent on delivered traffic is not.

Report abuse from an Agentgates number or inbox to abuse@agentgates.ai. Reports are actioned, and a number or inbox behind repeated complaints is withdrawn.

No unlawful activity. No attacking, overloading, or probing the service or anyone else's systems from it. No mining, scanning, or proxying traffic for others through a purchased machine. No reselling a number or inbox to someone who has not accepted these terms. No attempting to evade a suspension, a block list, or a ceiling.

Prices are shown before purchase and settle on-chain at the moment you buy. Usage priced per unit (a minute of a call, a message, an hour of compute) is metered and drawn from a prepaid balance. A unit that fails to deliver is not charged.

Blockchain payments are final. If the service fails to deliver what you paid for, contact support@agentgates.ai and it will be made right in balance or in kind.

Calls and messages passing through a number or inbox are stored so you can read them, and are deleted when the lease ends. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires. Content is never sold and never used to train models.

Lawful requests from carriers, mailbox providers, and authorities are answered, including records identifying the wallet behind traffic that drew a complaint.

The service is provided as is. Carriers, mailbox providers, and upstream suppliers can and do fail, and delivery of any single call, message, or request is not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent the law allows, R3ference Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid in the three months before it arose.

These terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did, and continuing to use the service accepts the current version. Delaware law governs.
